Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While it was great to have the pool to myself and the staff were friendly, the walls were quite thin, which meant I could hear the noise from the neighboring room. The location was convenient for getting around Pattaya with Grab, but I found the room's overall condition to be lacking, with signs of wear and tear. On a positive note, the price was excellent for what it offered.
I returned to this hotel for the 8th time, feeling right at home each visit. The boutique rooms are cozy and the location is excellent, close to everything I need. The standout has to be the staff, especially Ms. Prae at the front desk, who ensured my stay was comfortable. However, I did hear some noise from the streets, which was a bit distracting at times but didn't ruin my overall experience.
My stay at the hotel had both ups and downs. The reception area was clean and the staff were polite and ready to help, which made a good first impression. However, the room we checked into had a couple of unexpected surprises, including bugs and mold, which ultimately led us to check out early. The outdoor pool area looked unkempt and not as inviting as the photos suggested. Overall, while the service was helpful, the condition of the facilities left a lot to be desired.
